- XLAiner implements the necessary means to ensure a reliable, available and secure service.
- Access may nevertheless be temporarily interrupted for maintenance or in the event of a technical incident.
- Each user remains responsible for the content they share or distribute via the platform.
4. Intellectual property
- All elements of the platform (interfaces, software, databases, trademarks, logos) remain the exclusive property of XLAiner.
- Educational content created and published by users remains their property. XLAiner acts only as a technical host.

6. Applicable law
These terms are subject to Tunisian law.
Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Tunis.
