By accessing the service, the user acknowledges having read and accepted these terms.

Any abusive, fraudulent use or use contrary to the laws in force may result in the suspension or deletion of the user account.
3. Responsibilities
- XLAiner implements the necessary means to ensure a reliable, available and secure service.
- Access may nevertheless be temporarily interrupted for maintenance or in the event of a technical incident.
- Each user remains responsible for the content they share or distribute via the platform.
4. Intellectual property
- All elements of the platform (interfaces, software, databases, trademarks, logos) remain the exclusive property of XLAiner.
- Educational content created and published by users remains their property. XLAiner acts only as a technical host.

6. Applicable law
These terms are subject to Tunisian law.
Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Tunis.
